We truly appreciate you trusting us to bring your custom croc charm designs to life. Our goal is to create high-quality, unique pieces tailored just for your school!. Please follow the steps below to submit your custom order request.
How to start your order
1.  Reach out to us with your ideas/vision
Attach your design or logo as a PDF file to ensure the quality of the image. If you have multiple designs, please send them all in a single email. We can also work with you to create a design that you love, just reach out!
2. Â Include Any Specific Notes
Let us know if you have any special requests, such as logos, mascots, color preferences, additional details, or custom features you'd like to include.
3. Â Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Please note that we require a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per each custom design.
4. Â Production Lead Time
Custom orders take up to 4 weeks to produce after design approval and payment confirmation.
5. Â Price Quotation
After reviewing your design, and quantity, we will provide a custom price quotation, including production costs and base costs.Â
6. Â Send Your Request
Email your design and order details to Shopchunkycharms@gmail.com with the subject:
"Custom Croc Charm Order - [Your Name or school]"
7.  We’ll Get Back to You!
We will review your request and respond within as soon as we can with your price quote and next steps.

Is this a big company or a small business?
Chunky Charms is a women owned small business! Kaesaria Leung, founder, started Chunky Charms when she graduated High School in 2023.
Does Chunky Charms do private pop-up's?
Yes we do! From school pop-ups to launch your mascot charms, birthday parties or a special event! Reach out to us book a pop-up event.

How do custom orders work?
Great question! You reach out to us with your vision and we'll do our best to create a charm that brings your vision to life. Next, we'll give you our template of whole sale pricing so that you can decide what quantities work best for you. Once all designs are approved by you, we start on production.
Is there a minimum to order?
Yes. Our minimum order quantities are 100 pieces per design. This goes for Charm Sets and individual charms.
What's the lead time on a custom order?
At Chunky Charms we pay attention to detail and prescision, with that being said, depending on your order quantaties, it takes approx. 18-25 days for custom orders.
