We truly appreciate you trusting us to bring your custom shoe charm designs to life. 

Please follow the steps below to submit your custom order request.

How to start your order

1.  Reach out to us with your design/logo
Attach your design or logo as a PNG or SVG file to ensure the quality of the image. If you have multiple designs, please send them all in a single email. 

2.  Include Any Specific Notes
Let us know if you have any special requests, color preferences, additional details, or custom features you'd like to include.

3.  Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We require a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces per each custom design.

Please note that lower quantity = higher price per piece. 

4.  Production Lead Time
Depending on quantity our lead time is up to 6 weeks

5.  Price Quotation
After reviewing your design, and quantity, we will provide a custom price quotation, including all final costs. 

6.  Send Your Request
Email your design and order details to shopchunkycharms@gmail.com with the subject:
"Custom Croc Charm Order - [Your Name/Company]"

7.  We’ll Get Back to You
We will review your request and respond within as soon as we can with your price quote and next steps.
